Nová Zbrojovka’s ZET.office to gain another new tenant in mid-July

11 March 2020, Brno – The former industrial complex of Zbrojovka Brno will soon boast the company headquarters of Axians redtoo s.r.o. In becoming the second tenant at ZET.office, the enterprise will join Kiwi.com in the first completed building of the revamped neighbourhood. CPI Property Group is the owner and developer of the Nová Zbrojovka project.

Another prominent company based in Brno has taken the decision to move its offices into the emerging neighbourhood of Nová Zbrojovka in Brno’s Židenice district. Axians redtoo s.r.o., a member of the VINCI group, will occupy more than 1,700 square metres of office space on the third and fourth floors of the ZET.office building. The company provides a wide range of ICT solutions and services, including business applications and data analytics, IoT and Smart solutions, cyber security, enterprise networks, cloud and data centre infrastructure and operating services.

Meeting the high demands of IT specialists in terms of workspace quality is no easy task. It is therefore a source of pride for us to see Axians choose our building. We are confident that the company’s employees will be more than satisfied with what is on offer, not just within ZET.office but outside the building as well. Retaining its industrial character despite the comprehensive reconstruction, the ZET.office building meets high demands in environmental certification. It offers unconventional office space spread over one traditional and three loft-like floors. The offices are imbued with modern technologies and meet contemporary high-quality workspace demands. The building is located in the northern part of the former industrial complex of Zbrojovka Brno.

“ZET.office still has on offer up to 3,900 square metres of available office space on the third and fourth floors. We are also actively seeking tenants for 1,200 square metres of commercial space, suitable, for example, for a fitness studio, café, canteen or other services that can operate at the location, added Zdeněk Vojtek.
