The next edition of the Open House Brno festival. Join us for a peek into areas of our buildings that are normally off-limits—Hala 76, Kotelna, and, as part of guided tours, the Hrad building and the ZET.Office terrace. Guided tours will take place on Sunday, May 17, at 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM; meet in the Hrad's lobby. On both days, the route is accessible on your own via the main entrance on Lazaretní Street from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

While you hear about development plans, architecture, urban planning and key issues for Nová Zbrojovka, we have fun activities for the kids such as face painting, driving through Nová Zbrojovka, building houses with blocks, balloons, temporary tattoos, painting, competitions and more And all this in our renovated HRAD, where you can also enjoy views of the area currently under development, including the construction of the Morizz and Cubicum apartment buildings, as well as the Montowna mixed-use building; demonstrations of interior standards; a virtual tour of the district or a 1:500 3D model of Nová Zbrojovka.

On Saturday there will be guided tours at 16:00, 18:00 and 20:00. Individually, the tour is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days.

May Day, the day of love! Time to fall in love with new spaces, new lessons, a new Pilates Place, and also the right time to find time for yourself. There is no charge for this day! The only thing you have to do is enjoy the day, check out how the studio works, and most importantly, to meet others. Have a glass of prosecco, try out what “barre” exercise is and talk to our teachers. We’ll be here for you! Lessons are free, but you must register for them in our booking system.

Green Walk - Green Talk – an all-day tour on the theme Revitalising Brownfield sites in Brno. A tour of the ZET.Office terrace, industrial Hala 76, Kotelna and the reconstructed Hrad, with a presentation of our project, its sustainability, specific numbers, and activities we’ve been engaged in during the restoration of the area.
