The existing area of 10,000 m2 for football, beach volleyball, basketball, working out or ping pong will thus be expanded to form one compact unit. It’s the first custom-made building in the Czech Republic to be implemented in line with Tesla’s exacting building standards. “The construction was realised turnkey and the interior and technological equipment is already in the client’s hands. Tesla will offer a generous showroom of new cars and a service centre with an above-standard capacity of 14 places on an area of 2,000 sqm,” Miroslav Pekník, Nová Zbrojovka Development Director, describes the final state of the company, adding: “Of course, the building also includes comfortable facilities for clients and employees, including offices, and sufficient parking space around the building.” We’re planning putting in electric vehicle charging stations throughout the Nová Zbrojovka area, just as it is, for example, already in front of our Hrad building.
The roof of the building will be used for the installation of photovoltaic panels, similarly to most of the construction in Nová Zbrojovka. We will then process the energy obtained in this way directly at our location and it will function as a community-shared power plant for the entire neighbourhood, with the goal of partial self-sufficiency for the neighbourhood and cost savings.

We’re currently running a trial operation, equipping and commissioning technologies so that everything is ready for the grand opening, which is scheduled to take place in mid-September.
