Prestigious meeting rooms? A gross understatement! Our Hrad’s showcase rooms will literally take your breath away
Four meeting rooms for 8 to 50 people are offered by our iconic building, the rightfully named Hrad. Built in the time of the First Republic, this sophisticated functionalist gem combines history and above-standard equipment inspired by the latest trends. Sensitive reconstruction has not taken anything from the building’s original characteristic elements, and thanks to this, today you can experience for yourself Zbrojovka’s headquarters in an almost perfectly preserved form. There have been key moments here in the past, direct your key moments here too today.
There is all the presentation technology you need. In the Event Space in the form of a projector, and in the Glass Meeting Room and Qelb presentation support comes in the form of a smart TV with camera, speaker and microphone. Of course there is a secured parking in front of the building, a kitchen with all necessary equipment directly on the floor and toilets.
And in the evening you can rent the cinema next to the Hrad
. Our specialty is the possibility of renting an outdoor space for screenings. This outdoor cinema has a capacity of 45 seated and unlimited standing or lying space. The great advantage is that if participants do not enjoy the screening, the view of the Nová Zbrojovka area will certainly compensate and they’ll not leave disappointed. There are sun loungers, electricity, water, and toilets in the Hrad building. The screen, projector and film are then the responsibility of the tenant.

Lectures, workshops or exercises in the design space ZET.Office
Another option for rent, this time for up to 50 people, is the space in ZET.Hub, which you can find in our industrial beauty, the ZET.Office building. At the end of 2019, the former Tool House was transformed into a unique administrative space with a superior working environment, loft offices and leisure activities. You can use our ZET.Hub not only for meetings, training or workshops, but you can organise physical activities here as part of teambuilding. There is all the necessary equipment – from a projector and air conditioning to a kitchenette and toilets.

An event or an Olympics? Industrial Hala 76 is at your service
And if you need more space for your presentation, teambuilding, event or even a show, then know that we have a lot to offer here too. Would 4,000 m2 be enough? Don’t be unnecessarily modest and meet our Hala 76. We like to mention that you won’t a find a bigger industrial site in Brno. You really should experience this atmosphere, in this space it’s a joy to present yourself. The flexible space, which is divided into 3 halls, has already hosted events of various formats and character, such as the Olympic Festival, the unique concept Nebál or the design show as part of EVENT.Brno. Perhaps you’ll be the next to entertain.

The extraordinary environment of the Kotelna calls for extraordinary events
We decided to preserve the original historic building of the former Kotelna, the heart of Nová Zbrojovka, so that it could continue to radiate heat throughout entire area. One day the main square, the cultural and social centre of Nová Zbrojovka, will be built around it. Until then, the Kotelna and the area around it have been adapted for hosting events on an outdoor area of 590 m2 and indoor area of 155 m2. This natural original environment invites you to organise equally unique and authentic experiences, for example, concerts, exhibitions or even screenings.
