Choose a reason to become a part of Nová Zbrojovka
We like to talk to new parties about their priorities for choosing Nová Zbrojovka. What swung their decision? The answers are varied, which speaks to our aim of creating a neighbourhood where everyone chooses their place according to their own preferences, whether the motivating factors are energy efficiency, modern amenities, sustainability, transport accessibility or the community environment.
“We chose Nová Zbrojovka for the easy accessibility of employees, parking at the building and convenient service. We welcomed the possibility of supplying and transporting materials by freight elevator from the service part of the building,” says head of HELLO LAB Jana Minaříková, explaining the main reasons for the choice.
On an area of almost 500 m2, HELLO LAB’s laboratory will be available to process blood donor and patient samples from 1 March 2025. Its activities will be divided into several parts, namely a serological laboratory, a NAT laboratory and a biochemical laboratory. This is the company’s second lab, which also has two sampling points – in Prague and Doksy.

The main goal of HELLO LAB is to provide clinically usable results in the required quality and defined time. Comments and consultations provided by specialists are an integral part of result reports. HELLO LAB places great emphasis on its specialists’ education and professional overview, and it supports them in acquiring this knowledge.
All these elements together assist in the early diagnosis and treatment of patients. The laboratory keeps up with the latest findings and recommendations of professional bodies and continues to include new examinations, taking into account the company’s possibilities and modern diagnostics.

Last chance to get space in ZET.Office
ZET.Office is one of 4 historical buildings that we preserve as a reference to the important history of this place. It was the first of them to undergo reconstruction, which saw the original Tool Shop transformed according to the architectural designs of the A PLUS studio into a modern office building with an attractive working environment, loft offices and leisure activities.
By choosing to keep some of the buildings, we’re both preserving the genius loci of this extraordinary space, but also supporting our pillar of sustainability. Thanks to the reconstruction of ZET.Office, we have saved 14,000 tons of reinforced concrete, about 1,500 truckloads of transport and 1,100 tons of CO2.
And so a few years ago, 19,500 sqm of Nová Zbrojovka’s first modern office space, stamped with the hallmark of history, was readied to accept its first tenants – Kiwi.com and Axians – who quickly found their place, to be gradually joined by others.
Today, with the last available space of just over 1000 m2, we feel we’re on the home stretch, and that another office building (after the Hrad, our administrative building) will soon be filled. If you’d like to be our latest ZET.Office article, let us know.
