We're done underground - the residences are rising to the first floor
We know that construction terms tend to be as flexible as an experienced yoga instructor, but we don't play that game here. The preparation of the first apartment buildings in Nová Zbrojovka is on schedule. As noted in the first entry in the construction diary, the riverside Morizz residence gave its then larger residential brother Cubicum a fair time head start. The securing of the Morizz construction pit only started when Cubicum was already in the process of establishing the building. And, wonder of wonders, this imaginary construction plant is already aligned.
After roughly six months of work, during which we prepared two underground floors with ample parking spaces and basement storage, both residences have moved above ground level and we are starting the implementation of the first floor. So if you are the lucky owner of one of the ground floor apartments, you can soon start to see the rough outlines of your new home.

We are finishing the underground floors in the multifunctional Montowna
The idea of Nová Zbrojovka as a complex district offering all the necessary functions is reflected in our first multifunctional building - Montowna. The 12,750 sqm will provide a sophisticated mix of rental housing and offices, complemented by a diverse mix of shops and services. In essence, a small town with all its functions and possibilities tucked into one building.
We are currently completing the underground levels, where 230 parking spaces will be created on two floors. And because we are moving with the times, we are of course counting on the possibility of adding chargers for electric cars. The future is electric and favours the use of underground space.

D4.Office tailored for E.ON
We started with the realization of this building a little earlier. D4.Office, in the form of an elegant reinforced concrete skeleton with a lightweight envelope, has been waiting for some time for tenants who will appreciate its qualities and fall in love with the potential and complexity of Nová Zbrojovka, just like we did.
Initially, the building was ready for multiple tenants, but when E.ON, a leading energy provider, appeared on the scene with a plan to use the entire building, the picture was clear. They had enough energy to use the whole building and the lights were already out for the others.
We are now tailoring the project to E.ON - adding three more lifts, extending the lift shafts and adjusting the location of the reception. The result will be a modern working facility exactly to the needs of future users. It's not just about offices, we are creating an environment that promotes concentration and relaxation. Work, relaxation, refreshment and style go hand in hand here.

Quality infrastructure in the main role
To make it all work together, with the construction of 4 new buildings, we have also started the implementation of a major infrastructure project called K1. It will connect Lazaretní Street with the southern part of Nová Zbrojovka and will create access to the buildings currently under construction and the next planned buildings.
In addition to the transport connection of the district, it also forms the basis of the backbone infrastructure networks for the entire Nová Zbrojovka. Underneath the road we are preparing electrical distribution, water and hot water pipelines, and there is also a connection to the district's public lighting and sewage lines. Simply a complete technological package. And speaking of the sewer system, it's not just any pipeline; we could easily run a children's maze or a modest indoor playground in ours. Its diameter is more than 1.5 metres.
The construction is moving, the machines are humming, the cranes are turning and the concrete is setting as it should. Every day, we are closer to the vision of Nová Zbrojovka as a modern neighbourhood where you can find everything you need: a place to live, work, shop, play, enjoy culture and evenings with friends.
