Whether you’re looking for a smaller flat or a generous family home, you are most welcome. We currently have several beautiful, spacious flats of different sizes still available. On site, our sales manager Bára Očkayová will be happy to quickly turn your ideas into specific suggestions for your ideal home. During the tour, you can also consult with our project managers, who will introduce the entire development in detail and answer any questions you may have. We want you to enjoy the tour to the fullest. That’s why we’ve prepared a fun children’s zone with supervised activities right in the Hrad building.

Throughout the tours, nannies will be available, so you can calmly explore both the flat and the entire project and ask all the questions you may have. For safety reasons, entry to the construction site is strictly prohibited for those under 18 years of age. As the viewings take place in a construction area, unfortunately children may not accompany you inside.

A 3D model of Nová Zbrojovka offers a bird’s-eye view of the neighbourhood – in miniature, but with maximum accuracy. It will help you easily grasp the urban concept, scale and architectural diversity. You’ll gain a clear idea of where each building will be located and how far you’ll be from everyday amenities – whether it’s for coffee, shopping, the main square or the train station.

Exterior Virtual Tour into the future will take you a few years ahead. You’ll walk through the southern part of Nová Zbrojovka exactly as it will look – among buildings, through public spaces and past other residences. See the very spots where your future home could be and easily imagine your daily routine: where you’ll walk the dog, which cycle route you’ll take or where you’ll meet friends.

Open House Brno & Picnic Festival: Enjoy a Weekend Full of Experiences

The Open house Afternoon is part of a wider programme that will bring the entire district to life. Take advantage of the opportunity and visit other parallel events on Saturday and Sunday.

Open House Brno: The next edition of the popular Brno festival. Join us for a rare look inside places usually inaccessible to the public – Hala 76 , to the Kotelna, and on guided tours also inside the Hrad building or onto the ZET.Office terrace.

These tours will take place on Sunday, 17 May at 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00 .

If you prefer to go at your own pace, you can walk the route independently on both days between 10:00 and 18:00 – entry is via the main entrance on Lazaretní Street (without access to places normally closed to the public).

Picnic Festival in Amenities Park: Embark on a culinary journey around the world – look forward to delicious specialities from Mongolia, Mexico, Greece, Belgium and Ethiopia. There will also be a kids’ and fun zone packed with activities: bouncy castles, an F1 simulator and electric motorbikes. The festival takes place on Saturday, 16 May from 11:00, and Sunday, 17 May until 18:00. Entry is free.
