The show apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen and furniture by the Italian studio ArteLusso. If you like its style and craftsmanship and decide to work with this studio, we will arrange access for their team to the apartment before handover. This allows them to take precise measurements and begin installing your new furnishings immediately after you take over the apartment.

The pleasant atmosphere is enhanced by living rooms positioned on corners in many of the apartments, where natural light streams in throughout the day. They open up attractive views and allow practical cross-ventilation. The layouts of all apartments provide ample living space as well as practical solutions for the entire household. You’ll appreciate the generous storage space, including utility rooms, as well as two bathrooms in some of the larger layouts from 2-bedroom apartments upward. Nearly all apartments have their own outdoor space – a loggia, terrace, or ground-floor front garden.Included in the price of every apartment is a spacious storage cellarand pre-installation for external blinds and air conditioning. Residential sales showroom
Part of the tour is also our Residential Sales Showroom on the top floor of the Nová Zbrojovka landmark Hrad. In addition to receiving complete information and all the necessary materials, you will be able to explore four interior design options included in the base price. You can touch them and try them out – because that tells you far more than catalogue photos. A range of flooring, wall tiles, floor tiles, doors including hardware, and bathroom equipment such as toilets, bathtubs, taps, and switches are available to view. The option to choose a standard has already closed at this stage of the project – all apartments are currently being prepared in one of these standards.
We also think of families with children – during the meeting, a fully equipped children’s corner full of toys is available so parents can enjoy the visit in peace as well.
From the terraces of the Sales Centre, you’ll enjoy views of Morizz on one side and the courtyard between Hrad, the multi-functional Montowna, and D4.Office on the other. You’ll become familiar with the history of the site, the transformation of the former brownfield, the project’s core values, and further development plans. A clear 3D model of the future Nová Zbrojovka at a 1:500 scale will help you understand the architectural design of the individual buildings as well as the generous public spaces. It makes it easy to imagine the surroundings of your chosen residence and see how close you’ll be, for example, to the green riverside along the Svitava River, public transport stops, or the train.
The overall picture is completed by a virtual walkthrough of the southern part of Nová Zbrojovka, where you can explore in detail what the individual buildings and public spaces will look like. We’re also happy to help with a mortgage – if you arrange it through our partner, we guarantee the processing, and if it is not approved, we will refund your reservation deposit.
