Terry Fox Charity Run

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, we’ll meet in Nová Zbrojovka in Brno for a charity run that brings together sports, the community, children, families, runners, and anyone who wants to help. We’ll have a 5 km run for adults, which you can run at full speed, take at a more relaxed pace, or even walk. For our little athletes, we’re organizing a 100 m kids’ race so that even the youngest participants can enjoy the atmosphere of the start, the finish, and cheering together. You can look forward to the run, the kids’ race, sports and creative activities, music, refreshments, a chill-out zone, a program for both children and adults, and, above all, a pleasant community atmosphere. We’ll be adding to the program gradually, so you definitely have something to look forward to. Start of the 5 km run: 1:30 p.m. Start of the kids’ run: 2:30 p.m. The event is organized by Maple Bear School Brno in collaboration with partners who are helping to create an afternoon for runners, children, families, and the entire community: Nová Zbrojovka, Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute, PBS Velká Bíteš, Radio Krokodýl, OneClub Brno, Aneta Academy, Království sušenek, Industra Coffee, Židenice Fire Department, Rajec, Bala21, Brno City Museum, Alpina, and others.
