We don't normally use half-empty slogans like "sweeten your life with exceptional living", but here we couldn't help ourselves, there's a story behind it and we'll start by explaining the name Cubicum, which belongs to our second residence, the construction of which has started in the last few weeks. The layout of this residential block evokes cubes stacked on top of each other, hence Cubicum. But it's not just any cubes, because in the white and brown Cubicum we imagine sugar cubes, a Czech invention that, like Zbrojovka, has a long tradition. Have you seen the sugar cubes there too? Either way, we're sure that living in this residence will bring back the sweetest memories.

Cubicum's architecture is colourful and playful
Cubicum's architectural design was prepared by A69 Studio with the aim of achieving variety and a pleasing scale within the block. The variety of architecture in Nová Zbrojovka is something we pride ourselves on. Our aim is to get closer to the traditional principle of a growing city, where buildings are normally created at different times by different architects and are never the same.
In the design, Studio A69 used a block layout into smaller parts that are offset and built one behind the other, giving the impression of a random playful composition. In this way, they have directed the scale of the intense development into smaller objects that are proportionally closer to the human being and give a more pleasant impression. Moreover, this concept has not only opened up the courtyard and made it more permeable, but also improved its light and sunlight.

Practical compact units ideal as investment housing
In this playful and varied residence, you can choose one of 235 apartments on 6 to 10 floors, or at the moment a little less, as several dozen units have already found their future residents.
