In the first part of the centre, you can learn about the history of the site, the process of transforming the brownfield, the themes that we pride ourselves on and the development plans. You will be able to see the final form of the New Armoury, 500 times smaller than it will be in real life, but thanks to that it is perfectly telling at first glance. This 3D model will show you the architectural designs of the individual buildings and the generous space between them. You will be able to feel the surroundings of the resident building of your choice. You will imagine how close you will be to the green, relaxing waterfront or to the whirl of social events in the main square with the socio-cultural centre that will be created by the reconstruction of the original Kotelna (former boiler house).

4 interior design options
There is a spacious showroom in the roof section, where sales manager Barbora Očkayová will introduce you to the interior design variants you can match your interior to. The basic price includes four standard colour variants for each residence and you can see, feel and even try them all in the showroom - a test bath tells more than a thousand photos. There are individual floor surfaces, tiles, as well as doors including fittings and other fittings - toilets, baths, taps, switches and more. The buildings and units are designed to a high user standard and it is no different when it comes to furnishing apartments, where we work with a higher range of fittings from German manufacturer Villeroy & Boch or Hansgrohe products, for example.

Sales manager Bára will describe the context, the planned steps and show where the residences will grow. At the same time, you will be able to enjoy the views that await you if you choose a unit on the higher floors. Do you prefer the view of Špilberk and Petrov or the natural scenery of Hady? Having the opportunity to watch the traditional fireworks on Špilberk right from the terrace of your apartment may slightly favor this side.
