It is designed to reduce operating costs by up to 30%. How? It was created as an anagram of the words "town" and "montovna" – which refers to the nickname of Brno's Zbrojovka factory from the days when weapons and machines were assembled there. The name also reflects the overall vision of Nová Zbrojovka – as a place where two worlds naturally connect: modern living and a high-quality environment for work and leisure.
"There is a lot of interest in Montowna – even though the building will not be completed until the end of 2026. Rental housing is not yet available, but we are offering office and commercial space for rent, and 65% of it is already reserved.
