Building on seventeen previous editions, it has demonstrated the diversity and high quality of construction in our country.

Stylish and Luxury Morizz
Elegant living with an emphasis on detail, comfort, and aesthetics. Its location right on the banks of the Svitava River gives it a unique character. Just a few steps away, you’ll find yourself by the water or on a bike path that invites you to enjoy active recreation and relaxation. Residents will have the green riverfront with recreational areas – created as part of flood control measures – literally at their fingertips.

The building contains a total of 66 residential units spread across six floors. The building is designed with an emphasis on a family-friendly atmosphere and also offers larger, family-sized apartments. Most units have their own outdoor space – a balcony, a terrace with a view of Brno, or a front garden on the ground floor. Residents can enjoy a quiet courtyard, which provides a space for relaxation, children’s play, and neighborhood gatherings. Covered parking spaces and large basement storage areas are, of course, included.

The architectural design is built to a high standard. The interiors feel fresh and airy thanks to large windows, and there is no shortage of spacious rooms or ample storage space. And when it comes to space, it’s not just a matter of perception – the living rooms with kitchenettes in the larger apartments measure up to 40 m² and are often situated on a corner.
The standard of finishes is also above average: vinyl flooring, aluminum French windows, flush doors, Villeroy & Boch fixtures, and smart home features. The apartments are pre-wired for air conditioning, and floor convectors ensure thermal comfort. Practical benefits include storage closets, as well as multiple bathrooms or toilets in larger layouts.

The exterior of the Morizz Residence is complete, and the interiors are currently being finished. The first residents are expected to move in later this year and spend Christmas in their new homes. We still have several beautiful, bright apartments available, including larger 2-bedroom units that are ideal for families.

Cubicum: Playfulness and Modern Urban Style

The six- to ten-story buildings will feature a total of 242 apartments of various sizes – ranging from practical studio and one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom units with large terraces and views of Brno. Most units feature a balcony, loggia, or terrace, while ground-floor apartments include front gardens facing the green courtyard.

We prioritize comfort and functionality. Large windows ensure ample natural light, and the Loxone smart home system, along with high-quality materials and fixtures, come standard. The floor plans make the most of every square meter while allowing for easy interior design. The project also includes covered parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations.
Cubicum is strategically located – it is situated near the future center of Nová Zbrojovka, Kotelna, and a multifunctional square that will become the main hub for cultural and social events. A waterfront park with greenery and water features will also be built nearby.

Both projects are based on the concept of a city of short distances and offer a balanced combination of a peaceful environment and quick access to the city center. They meet Class B energy efficiency standards (PENB), which results in lower operating costs and more favorable financing options.
We place an emphasis on the high standard and quality of the apartments themselves – see for yourself in the virtual tour. But the architecture of the buildings and the entire surrounding area is just as important to us. The newly emerging neighborhood will offer job opportunities, space for relaxation, and a wealth of cultural, social, and sporting activities. The results of the Real Estate Project of the Year competition will be announced during a gala evening in January 2027. Public voting continues through the end of December.
